About the Role

The Catering Sales Manager drives catering sales growth by developing new accounts and comprehensive strategies to meet quarterly and annual goals. Responsibilities include sales reporting and analysis, delivering presentations to large audiences, managing client interactions via phone, email, and calls, and tracking activities in CRM. Adhere to pricing and menu guidelines; assist with admin tasks, projects, and events as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR & Development: Comply with policies, attend training, communicate effectively across levels.
  • Marketing: Serve as brand ambassador, build community relationships, promote awareness, ensure confidentiality.
  • Financial: Develop sales strategies, increase revenue and accounts, manage costs, resolve order issues, analyze financial data.
  • Operations: Collaborate with teams to execute goals, follow procedures for safety and service, address customer concerns.


Working Environment

Physical: Speak/listen 100%; stand/sit/bend/lift 30lbs for 8+ hours; adapt to fast pace.

Environmental: High people interaction, moderate noise, constant driving; pass MVR and defensive training.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years sales experience (restaurant preferred); CRM familiarity.
  • Strong negotiation/communication skills; English proficiency.
  • Territory knowledge; multitasking in dynamic settings.
  • MS Office/Excel proficient; reliable vehicle (85% travel).
  • Self-starter with catering passion; meet driver criteria.


Compensation

Target salary: $80,000 - $90,000, plus full commission plan.
