Job Responsibilities

The District Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability by providing leadership, direction, and support to Restaurant General Managers. This includes ensuring the effective operation and overall success of all assigned company restaurants. A key function of the District Manager in York County is to consistently demonstrate and enforce all company policies, practices, and procedures. The successful District Manager will mentor and develop their team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. In this District Manager role, you will be integral to the strategic growth of your assigned restaurants in the area. We are looking for a District Manager who can lead with integrity and inspire their teams to achieve outstanding results in this fast-paced location.

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-unit role the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Proven success in supervising Restaurant General Managers across four to ten units.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Proficiency in financial management, including P&L analysis, to drive sales and profitability.
• A High School Diploma is required; a BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a related field is highly preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution techniques.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a dynamic restaurant environment.
