Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring flawless execution and a premium guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff, cultivating a culture of professionalism, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Oversee reservations, guest relations, and service standards to maintain an elevated dining experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor, and food costs, and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, special events, and seasonal offerings to uphold the restaurant’s culinary vision.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining high operational standards.
  • Handle guest feedback with discretion and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to support efficient and high-quality service.
  • Prepare operational reports, track key performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to ownership or leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing fine dining or luxury hospitality establishments.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and coach high-performing staff.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with reservation and POS systems used in high-end dining.
