Salary: $75000 to $80000 annually (hourly, based on a 45 hour workweek)

Schedule: Consistent schedule with two days off per week and no late night shifts

About the Opportunity:

A respected full service restaurant and bar in Del Mar, CA is conducting a confidential search for a proven and hospitality driven General Manager to lead day to day operations. Known for its scratch kitchen and commitment to fresh, high quality offerings, this concept is seeking a hands on leader who values team culture, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations and guest service standards

Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor controls within budgeted targets

Maintain consistency in food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

Recruit, train, develop, and lead both front and back of house teams

Monitor financial performance and execute strategies to support sales and profitability goals

Ensure compliance with health department standards and labor regulations

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and care

Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork throughout the restaurant

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a full service restaurant environment

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage both front and back of house operations effectively

Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and team development

Guest focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and quality

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required
