This is a role built for operators who don’t need the spotlight to perform at a high level. It’s for someone who understands that fast casual only works when leaders stay close to the floor, move with a sense of urgency, and build teams that can handle pressure without losing their edge.


We’re supporting a fast-growing concept known for scratch-made food, a high-energy service style, and a guest experience that stays consistent no matter how intense the rush gets. They’re scaling across multiple markets and looking for General Managers who can elevate standards, protect the culture, and run a financially disciplined operation without being chained to 55–60 hour weeks.


What the Role Looks Like Day to Day


• You anchor the floor during peak periods and set the pace for the entire team

• You build and coach a bench of leaders who can execute without constant direction

• You protect profitability through strong labor planning and food cost discipline

• You keep the guest experience tight when the volume spikes, without cutting corners

• You’re fully responsible for maintaining brand standards and operational consistency

• You create a culture where the team knows exactly what great looks like every day

• You develop at least one internal leader who is ready for the next level

Compensation Structure


• Base typically landing in the low-to-mid 80s, depending on experience

• Bonus tied to operational and KPI performance

• PTO included

• No company medical at this time, with higher base structured to offset that gap
