Job Qualifications

To thrive as the QSR District Manager in Dallas, Texas, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of multi-unit management experience in the QSR industry.
• Proven track record in financial management, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost-control strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong general computer skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EEOC guidelines, and other employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned district.

As the QSR District Manager in Dallas, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of 5-10 restaurants. Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate Restaurant General Managers and their teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and deliver coaching to promote professional growth.

Operational Excellence

• Lead day-to-day operations to achieve or exceed brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and “Cajun Hospitality.”
• Guide managers in maintaining operational and service excellence across all units.

Financial Management

• Analyze P&L statements and find opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Ensure adherence to labor budgets and purchasing goals.
• Manage inventory and coordinate capital expenditures.

Compliance

• Ensure restaurants comply with company cash control, safety, and security policies.
• Promote adherence to federal and state employment laws.

Sales Growth

• Develop and implement marketing programs to boost sales.
• Collaborate with General Managers to exceed year-on-year sales growth targets.
