I bring more than 25 years of progressive leadership in food and beverage, culinary operations, and multi-unit management. I began my career early, serving as Executive Chef at 17 and Executive Sous Chef for the largest DoubleTree property at 19. Since then, I’ve held Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage, and Corporate Director roles overseeing multiple hotel assets across Seattle, Texas, and California.
My experience includes owning and operating a restaurant, leading full-scale concept development, branding, and restaurant launches for Cathedral Hill Associates, and managing hotel F&B operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and financial performance. I last served as Culinary Director for Sodexo Live, overseeing 18 airport lounge locations and I am looking to bring my experience to Gecko Hospitality.
