About the Role:

Join Wingstop as an Assistant General Manager and help lead a high-energy, hands-on operation! We're looking for a dependable, personable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to coach and motivate a small, tight-knit team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations alongside 2-3 team members per shift
• Manage P&L performance with focus on food cost and labor cost control
• Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent guest service
• Oversee carryout operations (80% of our business) with limited dine-in seating
• Execute hands-on leadership in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Work flexible schedule including late nights (stores open until midnight, some until 1am)

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years management experience in Fast Food, QSR, or Fast Casual
• Proven track record managing P&L, food cost, and labor cost
• Fryer experience preferred (not required)
• Hands-on leader who leads by example
• Strong coaching and team motivation skills
• Dependable, personable, and great with people
• Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
