Position Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture. This role provides leadership across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drives service and quality standards, and ensures the restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly teams to deliver outstanding hospitality and consistent service standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and shift execution.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage labor, food, and operating costs to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product quality and cost control.
- Analyze sales, labor, and operational reports to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on budgeting, marketing initiatives, and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, including full P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments.
- Solid understanding of food safety, labor laws, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
