Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full cycle hiring for a hospitality organization that includes multiple operating entities and a workforce of 200 plus associates. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources leadership to attract, screen, hire, and onboard talent across a variety of departments.


The ideal candidate has hands on recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a solid understanding of California and federal employment laws. Hospitality or service industry experience is strongly preferred.


Compensation


$25 to $27 per hour depending on experience


Schedule


Monday through Friday

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities


Recruiting and Talent Acquisition


Manage the full cycle recruiting process from intake through offer

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualifications

Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings

Source candidates using applicant tracking systems, job boards, networking, and outreach

Screen resumes and conduct phone and in person interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Facilitate background checks and reference checks

Maintain active job postings and requisitions in ADP

Develop and maintain candidate pipelines

Participate in career fairs and community outreach as needed

Prepare and share recruiting activity reports with leadership


Onboarding and Orientation


Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation

Verify I 9 documentation during onboarding

Prepare new hire packets and materials

Assist with name badge creation and distribution


HR Administration and Support


Maintain accurate employment files and compliance documentation

Scan, upload, and organize HR documents using established procedures

Track and coordinate employee referral bonuses with Payroll

Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruiting and HR


Qualifications


Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience

Experience managing full cycle recruiting

Strong experience using applicant tracking systems

Experience with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn

Knowledge of California and federal employment laws related to hiring

Proficiency with ADP and Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment


Preferred Qualifications


Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or service industry recruiting experience

College degree or equivalent professional experience


Work Environment


This is an on site role based in Temecula CA 92591. The position works in a professional office environment and collaborates closely with operational and leadership teams.
