Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Job Qualifications:

To succeed as a Service Manager at this Indiana, PA location, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of one year of previous restaurant or retail management experience; hospitality coursework is preferred.
• Strong supervisory capabilities with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining high operational standards.
• Basic problem-solving aptitude and computer literacy.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

The Service Manager plays a vital role in the success of our Indiana, PA restaurant. You will assist the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Key responsibilities for this Service Manager position include:

• Managing scheduled shifts and daily decision-making, including staff support, guest interaction, and labor management.
• Ensuring ongoing coaching and training of staff regarding operational issues and uniform standards.
• Executing proper cash handling procedures, including balancing End of Day reports and approving comps.
• Maintaining restaurant assets through safety measures, preventative maintenance, and strict adherence to sanitation requirements.
• Managing product inventory levels, waste management, and ordering procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assisting with accurate financial data reporting, including payroll, productivity, and operating expenses.
