Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented General Manager to lead our team, drive profitability, and ensure an unparalleled dining experience that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence. The GM is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, from financial oversight to staff development, ensuring seamless service and a thriving business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Guest Experience: Oversee all daily functions, ensuring impeccable service, food quality, and a positive, engaging environment. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with grace and hospitality.
• Financial Management: Manage P&L, control costs (labor, food, beverage), optimize sales, and drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Foster a positive, motivating work environment.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain quality and control costs.
• Marketing & Community: Implement strategies to attract new customers and build loyalty within the Grand Rapids community.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. 

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
