Kitchen Manager – Full-Service Restaurant | Palm Beach Area | $65K–$70K


This is for the person who thrives in the heat of the line, calls tickets with purpose, and takes ownership of every plate that leaves the pass.


We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to build a kitchen team that runs with precision and pride. Someone who can coach, train, and hold standards high while still rolling up their sleeves to jump on sauté, expo, or prep when needed.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead the daily kitchen operation: inventory, ordering, prep, execution, and cleanliness are all under your command.
  • Keep food quality and consistency locked in, no matter how busy it gets.
  • Build, coach, and develop a team that respects the process and takes pride in the product.
  • Partner with leadership to manage labor and food costs without cutting corners.
  • Bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset when things get hectic.
