We are partnering with a chef driven, full service restaurant on one of South Florida’s most active dining corridors. The space has character, multiple seating areas, strong foot traffic, and a concept that already resonates with a broad audience. The food connects. The margins are there. The buzz exists.
The Opportunity
This restaurant is doing steady daily volume with room to grow quickly. The next General Manager will step into a business that needs leadership, structure, and creative momentum, not corporate red tape.
You will be empowered to:
• Build and lead a tight, accountable front of house team
• Own staffing, training, scheduling, and standards from day one
• Turn ideas into execution around events, private dining, catering, and partnerships
• Drive smart promotions that actually convert foot traffic into repeat guests
• Work directly with an ownership group that is present, invested, and open to new ideas

This role is ideal for a hands on, promotion minded General Manager who thrives in independent restaurants and understands that growth does not come from a manual.
You are someone who:
• Has led an independent, full service restaurant
• Thinks creatively about events, experiences, and community partnerships
• Is comfortable making decisions and adjusting in real time
• Knows how to train teams and hold standards without micromanaging
• Can balance hospitality, numbers, and people without hiding behind SOPs

• Clean, efficient shifts with clear accountability
• Strong scheduling that supports volume and labor control
• Confident handling of large parties and private events
• Consistent execution of promotions, events, and off premise revenue
• Ownership spending less time fixing basics and more time growing the business
Compensation and Expectations
• Salary range: 75,000 to 85,000
• Full time leadership role, approximately 50 to 60 hours per week
• Target schedule across five days to support sustainability
• Opportunity to grow with the restaurant as volume and footprint expand
