Brittany Wickham joins Gecko Hospitality with over a decade of experience in recruiting, human resources, and hospitality leadership. She began her career in the hospitality industry, supporting full-cycle recruiting for hotel and restaurant operations, which gave her a strong foundation in building teams for fast-paced, service-driven environments. Brittany later expanded her career into multi-state corporate talent acquisition, partnering with leaders to hire high-impact talent across operations, sales, and leadership roles. She is known for building genuine relationships, identifying top talent, and delivering a positive experience for both clients and candidates. Brittany is excited to serve the DFW restaurant market and is focused on becoming a trusted partner and top recruiter in the industry. She has been happily married for over 12 years, is a proud mom of two boys, and can often be found with a book in hand or cheering from the sidelines at kids’ sports games and jiu jitsu tournaments.
