Salary: $80,000.00 Annually



We are seeking a results-oriented Assistant General Manager to provide comprehensive supervision and leadership within our high-volume dining establishment. This role is critical to our operational success, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and rigorous training protocols. The AGM acts as a catalyst for the restaurant's progress and growth, setting the standard for commitment and process expertise for all team members.


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring and training restaurant staff to ensure a cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Labor Management: Organizes and oversees staff schedules to optimize labor costs while maintaining service standards.
  • Performance Management: Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
  • Employee Relations: Handles discipline and termination of employees in strict accordance with established policies and procedures.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Supervises food preparation processes, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations.
  • Guest Experience: Ensures 100% customer satisfaction with all aspects of the dining experience, from service quality to ambiance.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handles customer complaints with diplomacy and courtesy, turning challenges into opportunities for guest retention.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to alcoholic beverage regulations and local laws.
  • Financial Acumen: Estimates food and beverage costs, manages inventory, and oversees purchasing to maximize profitability.
  • Facility Management: Conducts daily inspections of the facility and equipment to uphold health and safety standards; schedules maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Administrative Oversight: Maintains accurate sales records, tracks cash receipts, and prepares comprehensive operations reports for leadership.
  • Adaptability: Performs other duties as assigned to support the dynamic needs of the business.
