Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bilingual a huge plus. [English & Spanish]
