We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Coffee Store Manager to lead our Chicago location with confidence, clarity, and ownership. This role is built for a leader who thinks like a business owner, understands the numbers, and holds themselves and their team accountable every day.

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and build a culture rooted in consistency, hospitality, and results. You’ll lead from the front, coach your team, and ensure standards are met across service, quality, and profitability.
