About Company / Opportunity:

Privately owned Golf & Country Club is looking to add an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Director to lead all dining, beverage and event operations. Must bring a strong background in private clubs, country clubs, and/or luxury hospitality environments with proven expertise in operation leadership, guest experience, and financial management. The role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to build strong relationships, overseeing multiple outlets and consistently delivering exceptional service standards.


Key responsibilities:

Member & Guest Experience

  • Oversee and elevate the overall member and guest dining experience across all food, beverage, and club outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Address member feedback and service concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Establish and maintain service standards that create a polished, welcoming atmosphere throughout the club.

Leadership, Events & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop all food and beverage management and service teams.
  • Oversee private events, banquets, and member functions from planning through execution, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Collaborate with the events, culinary, and service teams to deliver seamless operations for all functions.
  • Conduct leadership meetings, pre-shift briefings, and ongoing training to align teams with service standards and club goals.

Operations & Financial Management

  • Direct all food and beverage operations, including service standards, purchasing, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Manage budgets, review P&L statements, and implement strategies to control food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all club policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation standards.
