General Manager Opportunity

As a General Manager, you'll be the face of our restaurant, leading the charge to deliver exceptional hospitality and drive operational excellence. This is a salaried leadership position with performance-based earning potential, and we'll provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed.

Your Role:

Lead our team to deliver exceptional hospitality and drive operational excellence. You'll work closely with our Managing Partner and Culinary Partner to:

 Lead daily operations and drive our culture of hospitality and accountability

 Coach and develop FOH and BOH teams

 Drive guest satisfaction and financial performance

 Build a positive, inclusive work environment

Ideal Candidate:

 3-5 years of full-service restaurant leadership experience

 Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, service, and financial management

 Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing teams

 Track record of delivering exceptional results
