Title of Position - Executive Chef

Job Description: The Executive Chef sets the standard for culinary excellence by overseeing every aspect of the kitchen operation from start to finish. The Executive Chef is responsible for menu execution, food quality, consistency, and presentation while positively coaching and mentoring the culinary team to achieve the highest standards. The Executive Chef must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring, and managing kitchen staff. As an Executive Chef you will spend more than 50% of your time performing managerial duties and must exercise independent judgment and discretion regarding kitchen operations, food safety, and team leadership.
