Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Purchasing Manager to lead procurement efforts across our Mexican restaurant concepts in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you’ll oversee the sourcing of goods and services for multiple locations, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and restaurant supply chain performance. You’ll work closely with restaurant suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, value, and excellence in every guest experience. If you have a passion for operations and deep understanding of the unique needs of the Mexican food space, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in Dallas, Texas.

What You’ll Get (Benefits):

  • Competitive Pay – Your talent and hard work won’t go unnoticed.
  • Health & Wellness Coverage – HSA, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans to keep you and your family feeling your best.
  • 401(k) Match – Helping you invest in your future (and putting more back in your wallet).
  • Generous Time Off – Up to 16 paid vacation and sick days, plus 7 company holidays to recharge and reset.
  • Free Lunch While at Work – Pick your favorite from 5 nearby brand locations, plus discounts with some of our brands—we’ve got lunch covered.

  • Career Growth – We’re growing fast, and we love to promote from within.
  • And More Good Stuff – Because working with us should feel rewarding every day.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As our Purchasing Manager, you’ll drive procurement strategies that support cost savings and supply chain reliability while maintaining the authentic quality our brands are known for. You’ll lead efforts to identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure all goods meet high standards for consistency and freshness—especially those core to Mexican cuisines.

In partnership with operations and finance, you’ll align purchasing decisions with broader business goals, monitor market trends, and respond proactively to pricing or supply fluctuations. Your work will include managing inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns, and implementing strategies that avoid shortages or excess while streamlining back-of-house operations. Just as importantly, you’ll foster long-term vendor relationships built on transparency, trust, and shared success.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of purchasing experience in casual dining, preferably with familiarity in Mexican cuisine supply needs
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategy, cost control, and vendor relations
  • Experience working with local suppliers and regional sourcing channels
  • Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software and systems
  • Skilled in budgeting, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible sourcing practices
  • Familiarity with procurement-related laws and compliance standards at local and national levels
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach
