The Role
As the Kitchen Manager, you are the backbone of the "Back of House." You are responsible for ensuring every dish that hits the window meets our high standards for quality, speed, and presentation, all while managing a profitable and efficient kitchen operation.
- Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 per year (plus performance-based incentives).

What You’ll Do
- Culinary Leadership: Oversee daily food preparation and line execution, ensuring 100% recipe adherence and presentation.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Manage food waste, portion control, and inventory levels to maintain optimal food cost percentages.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and schedule a talented BOH team, fostering a culture of respect, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Kitchen Logistics: Manage vendor relationships and ordering to ensure the highest quality ingredients are always in stock.
- Safety & Sanitation: Uphold rigorous standards for cleanliness and food safety, ensuring full compliance with health department regulations.
What You Bring
- 2+ Years of BOH Management: Experience leading a high-volume, scratch or semi-scratch kitchen.
- Operational Grit: A deep understanding of P&L, labor management, and kitchen logistics.
- The "Coach" Mentality: Ability to train and retain a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization: A pro-active approach to prep-lists, station organization, and cleanliness.
- Dedication: Willingness to work the "big shifts"—nights and weekends are when we shine.
