Salary: $75K - 90K (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

• Design, implement, and oversee training programs for management and hourly staff to ensure operational consistency and high performance.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives to accelerate skill development and employee engagement.
• Coach leaders and staff on service excellence, operational standards, and performance improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements based on team feedback and operational metrics.

Team Leadership & Support:

• Partner with restaurant leadership to identify development needs and succession planning opportunities.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and family-like culture through mentorship and leadership development.
• Lead workshops, pre-shift briefings, and leadership meetings to communicate expectations, goals, and best practices.

Operational Support:

• Collaborate with management teams to ensure SOPs, brand standards, and safety protocols are consistently upheld.
• Provide guidance on operational improvements, scheduling, and staffing strategies to support training initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators to measure team progress and identify areas for improvement.
