Restaurant General Manager

Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + $12,000 Annual Bonus Potential

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a polished and professional General Manager to lead our team. This is not a "maintenance" role. We are looking for a strategic operator who can manage the complexities of a high-revenue location while developing a culture of excellence as we continue our national expansion.

The Role

As the General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for a location generating $4M – $6M+ in annual sales. You will be the faceof the brand, responsible for:

  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining elite standards in food quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction in a high-velocity setting.
  • Financial Stewardship: Managing labor, COGS, and overhead to maximize profitability without compromising the guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring a large staff and management team to ensure a deep talent bench for future growth.
  • Growth Mindset: Driving local store marketing initiatives and community engagement to continue scaling our market presence.

What You Bring

  • High-Volume Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of General Management experience in a restaurant with at least $4M in annual revenue.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of managing complex P&Ls and hitting aggressive financial targets.

  • Systems Oriented: Strong experience with modern POS, inventory management, and scheduling software.
