We are seeking a skilled and driven Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, lead back-of-house execution, and help deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strong cooking ability and leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of daily kitchen operations and service execution
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Assist with ordering, inventory management, and cost controls
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Train, coach, and develop culinary team members
  • Collaborate with leadership on menu execution and operational improvements
  • Monitor prep levels, line readiness, and kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
  • Strong culinary fundamentals, including scratch cooking and plating
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate BOH teams
  • Experience with inventory, ordering, and controllable cost management
  • Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume service periods
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
