Salary: $90,000 + 20% Bonus



The Opportunity


We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Operations Manager to lead revenue generation and operational excellence for a premier serviced apartment property in downtown Houston. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a proven history of maximizing occupancy in the extended-stay vertical.


You will act as the primary driver for both business development and guest satisfaction, bridging the gap between aggressive sales targets and seamless operational delivery. Our ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of specialized experience in hospitality sales and possesses the analytical acumen to navigate a competitive market.


Key Performance Areas


Revenue Optimization & Strategy

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market data to refine go-to-market strategies and tactical approaches.
  • Monitor occupancy rates daily, adjusting pricing and inventory strategies to maximize yield.


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate robust partnerships with key corporate accounts, relocation agencies, and travel management companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract negotiation, ensuring all client needs are met with precision.

Operational Leadership

  • Collaborate directly with Hotel Operations, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to guarantee 100% service delivery standards.
  • Address guest feedback proactively, focusing on solution-oriented service recovery.
  • Ensure the property reflects modern design standards and operational efficiency.


Data-Driven Marketing

  • Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast pipeline growth, and manage lead generation.
  • Partner with marketing teams to deploy digital campaigns that increase brand awareness and capture new market segments.
  • Generate detailed performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting ROI on sales initiatives.




Candidate Profile


Successful candidates in this role typically demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in extended-stay, limited-service, or full-service hotel sales.
  • Track Record: Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and driving year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and hospitality property management systems.
  • Soft Skills: exceptional negotiation capabilities, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
