Gecko Hospitality is conducting an exclusive search for a Culinary Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of a high-performing food manufacturing facility in Orlando.

This is a key leadership role focused on product innovation, commercialization, and operational collaboration supporting major retail and foodservice accounts.

🔥 What You’ll Own:

• Lead product development from concept through commercialization
• Drive reformulation and innovation initiatives
• Develop technical specs, build sheets, and processing documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, QA, Procurement, and Sales
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA, GMP, and food safety standards
• Support cost optimization and manufacturing efficiencies
• Serve as a technical problem-solver across production challenges

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Culinary or Food Science background
• 5+ years in R&D, food manufacturing, or product development
• Strong ingredient and formulation knowledge
• Regulatory and labeling compliance experience
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills across departments
