A members-forward mountain club in the Catskills seeks a Superintendent of Golf to oversee course conditions, guide agronomic strategy, and support the development of a new championship-level golf experience.

This role suits a hands-on leader with strong project management skills and experience supporting the redesign or construction of an 18-hole golf course. The Superintendent will partner closely with leadership and design teams to ensure exceptional playing conditions while preparing for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all turf operations, maintenance planning, and agronomic standards
• Oversee irrigation, equipment, course preparation, and team leadership
• Support capital projects tied to redesign, construction, or expansion
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and seasonal staffing strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with resort operations and membership teams
