 Title of Position: FOH Restaurant Manager
Job Description: Our FOH Restaurant Manager will be expected to promote excellence by providing superior customer service and be responsible for staffing, scheduling, financial goals, and staff development. This FOH Restaurant Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, including restaurant appearance and presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to all employees. The FOH Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for selecting and training highly skilled service-oriented employees and conducting training for employees to build food and beverage knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
