Located in the Atlanta, GA area, our exclusive private club is seeking an exceptional Executive Pastry Chef to launch and lead an exciting new chapter in our culinary program.

We are looking for a passionate pastry professional with expertise in elevated desserts, chocolate work, sugar artistry, and artisan bread production. Responsibilities:
· Design and execute pastry menus for the properties restaurants and banquets
· Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving and maintains par levels to maintain a profitable pastry department
· Train, hire, mentor and lead pastry team members
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and pastry department
· Stay up to date with pastry and dessert trends and incorporate new ideas into menu development
· Control food and labor costs
· Preventative maintenance followed for all pastry related equipment
· Create signature pastry items that elevate the club and member dining experience
· Customizes dessert and pastry menus for private events and weddings
· Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety and sanitation standards, including refrigeration, allergen and equipment logs

Requirements:
· Culinary degree with a specialization in pastry arts or equivalent executive-level pastry experience in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or clubs.
· Proven track record as a Pastry Chef, with at least 3–5 years’ experience.
· Expertise in advanced pastry techniques, chocolate work, sugar artistry, and bread production.
· Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire a pastry team.
· Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
· Valid SERV Safe certification (required).
· CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
· Full knowledge and ability to safely produce food for allergies and diet preferences.
· Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs.
· Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
