Key Responsibilities – Kitchen Manager

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure every guest receives a memorable dining experience through quality food and seamless service.
  • Monitor both FOH and BOH operations to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any concerns efficiently.

Staff Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen and FOH staff to maintain a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure consistent culinary and service standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, pre-shift briefings, and daily operational goals to align the team.

Operational Management:

  • Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with GM and ownership on P&L, budgeting, and operational strategies.
  • Enforce compliance with all policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
  • Coordinate daily FOH and BOH activities to ensure smooth service flow and timely execution.
  • Assist in menu planning, specials, and operational initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
