About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and service‑driven Assistant Guest Experience Manager to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within a luxury, high‑touch hospitality environment. This role oversees the complete guest journey, ensuring seamless, personalized service from pre‑arrival through departure. The ideal candidate thrives in refined settings, excels at anticipating needs, and leads with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full guest‑experience lifecycle: pre‑arrival planning, itinerary creation, in‑stay service coordination, and post‑stay follow‑up.
- Collaborate daily with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Bell teams to ensure consistent, elevated service delivery.
- Curate personalized guest experiences including spa bookings, private excursions, and bespoke activities across villas, suites, and residences.
- Manage guest feedback and lead service recovery efforts with professionalism and poise.
- Ensure all guest touchpoints align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preference documentation to support tailored service.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to guest‑facing team members.
- Strengthen communication and workflow across departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or high‑touch service environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs and create individualized service experiences.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and effective service recovery.
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in fast‑paced, guest‑centric environments.
- Professional presence and a high level of emotional intelligence.
