Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager provides support to the General Manager during the daily operations, as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and assist in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members. The Restaurant Manager performs operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies and must also communicate and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
