Key Responsibilities

As our Restaurant Front of House Manager, you will:

  • Monitor service standards and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team, driving synergy between front and back-of-house operations.

  • Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a positive work culture, promote teamwork and open communication within the restaurant.
  • Partner with the Restaurant Manager on marketing initiatives aimed at customer engagement and retention.
  • Oversee all events scheduled through the restaurant.
  • Oversee coordinating events


Qualifications:


The ideal Restaurant Front of Manager candidate will have:

  • Proven track record in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Experienced with leading Social Media for a highly recognized restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on team motivation and customer engagement.
  • A solution-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments and under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in restaurant operations, including scheduling and inventory control.
