Restaurant Store Manager

Location: Spokane, WA

Salary: $70,000+ Base + Performance Bonuses & Great Benefits

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all daily operations of a busy restaurant: staffing, scheduling, inventory, food quality, and cleanliness
• Own P&L responsibilities — control costs (labor, food, etc.) while maximizing profitability and sales
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a talented team to hit and exceed goals
• Ensure top-tier guest service, compliance with health/safety standards, and brand consistency
• Collaborate with multi-unit leadership to implement growth initiatives and operational improvements
• Step up as the on-site leader — hands-on role with real accountability and impact

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience (Store Manager, General Manager, or equivalent)
• Proven success in high-volume casual dining, fast-casual, or similar environments
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention
• Solid understanding of P&L, cost controls, inventory management, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required or obtainable quickly
• Energetic, positive attitude with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak hours
