Salary: $80K–$90K + Bonus

Cell Phone Allowance: $65/month

The Role

• Lead all aspects of a 111-room Select Service hotel
• Drive revenue performance and profitability
• Improve quarterly bonus performance
• Maintain strong brand standard audit results (property consistently passes)
• Partner directly with ownership and VP of Operations

What We’re Looking For

• Brand experience preferred
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Experience improving hotel performance metrics
• Hands-on, onsite leadership style

• Profitsword
