Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will be accountable for all daily functions of the restaurant. Solid leadership and communication skills are vital for being our successful Restaurant Manager. Ensuring compliance with all company and health department standards will be a top priority of the Restaurant Manager as well. Additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and developing staff members in addition to ensuring awareness of new menu items and procedures. As a Restaurant Manager you are expected to lead by example and create a welcoming and professional environment for our personnel and guests. Guest satisfaction as well as restaurant safety and security will be maintained by the restaurant manager at all times. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to develop knowledge and understanding of product ordering, scheduling and financial duties. The Restaurant Manager will be prepared to act as the General Manager in the event of their absence.
