What You Will Do

• Lead and develop front of house team members to deliver elevated guest service
• Maintain a polished, professional presence on the dining room floor
• Support scheduling, training, coaching, and team performance
• Ensure service steps, sequence of service, and brand standards are consistently executed
• Partner with the culinary team to uphold quality, timing, and presentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining or polished casual environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach and motivate a service driven team
• High standards for guest service and attention to detail
• Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism during peak service periods
• Experience with scheduling, training, and operational systems
