Title of Position: Project Manager

Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will spearhead innovation initiatives from concept through testing and rollout, while building and enhancing formal R&D processes that include timelines, milestones, KPIs, and project plans. You will conduct market research to identify trends, guest needs, and competitive insights, using this data to test, analyze, and optimize solutions based on field feedback. Additionally, the Project Manager will develop comprehensive training programs and materials, such as written guides, videos, webinars, and on-site training, to ensure successful implementation. Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership at all levels, you will drive cross-functional collaboration with teams like Operations, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, Risk, and Analytics. Supporting change management across franchisees, managers, and team members, the Project Manager will also mentor and guide members of the innovation team to foster growth and success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

· 5+ years of experience in R&D, innovation, or operational improvement (food industry preferred).

· Demonstrated ability to deliver operational or product improvements.

· Advanced communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and OneNote.

· Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
