A rapidly growing healthy fast casual restaurant brand is seeking a General Manager to lead a new Las Vegas location as part of its continued Nevada expansion. This concept is built around high protein, nutrient dense bowls designed to make healthy eating both convenient and genuinely enjoyable.
At the center of the brand is a simple belief: healthy food should taste great, fuel an active lifestyle, and be accessible to people on the go. Every bowl is crafted to deliver strong nutritional value, typically around 46 grams of protein and roughly 650 calories, making it a favorite among fitness minded guests, professionals, and anyone looking for a better alternative to traditional fast food.

Schedule
Typical schedule of 45 to 50 hours per week
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed to support operations
Compensation
Target total compensation between 70,000 and 80,000 plus bonus potential
Bonus potential up to 20 percent of base salary based on:
Sales performance
Prime cost performance
Store profitability

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations for a single high volume location. This leader will oversee team development, operational execution, financial performance, and guest experience.
The role requires a strong floor leader who can develop a young team, maintain operational discipline, and create an environment where both team members and guests are inspired by the brand’s focus on healthier, better quality food.
Many guests visit because they are focused on fitness, nutrition, or simply want to feel better about what they eat. The General Manager plays a critical role in delivering that experience consistently while building a team that believes in the mission.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead all daily operations of a high volume fast casual restaurant
Drive top line sales and maintain strong store level profitability
Monitor prime cost, labor management, and operational efficiency
Ensure consistent execution of quality, speed, cleanliness, and service standards
Team Development
Recruit, hire, and train hourly team members
Develop leadership skills within the team and mentor future supervisors
Create a positive work environment that supports accountability and growth
Maintain strong employee engagement and retention
Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional hospitality and authentic guest interaction
Connect with customers who are passionate about fitness, nutrition, and healthier eating
Build strong relationships with regular guests and local community members
Ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s mission of making healthy food both exciting and accessible
Operational Execution
Lead by example on the floor during peak service periods
Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
Ensure consistent adherence to operational systems and procedures
Support a culture of pride in the product and the guest experience
Operational Environment
Typical daily sales volume ranges between 10,000 and 12,000
Typical staffing model includes approximately five team members per shift
The team is primarily made up of entry level employees, many early in their careers, requiring strong mentorship and leadership

Fast casual experience strongly preferred
