The brand is experiencing strong growth with dozens of locations in development across the country. Each restaurant focuses on delivering flavorful meals that fuel active lifestyles while providing guests with a healthier alternative to traditional fast food.

The Reno market is an important part of the company’s expansion strategy. The District Manager will play a critical leadership role in launching new locations, developing store leadership teams, and building the operational foundation for long term growth in Northern Nevada.

Initial focus will be leading the Reno market with multiple locations planned as part of the expansion strategy.

Compensation

Base salary between 100,000 and 120,000

Performance based bonus opportunity tied to market performance, sales growth, and operational results.

Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations and leading the operational development of the Reno market.

This leader will recruit and develop General Managers, drive strong financial performance, support new restaurant openings, and ensure consistent operational standards across all locations.

The role requires a hands on operator who can balance strategic thinking with daily execution while helping scale a fast growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development

Lead the opening and development of multiple restaurants across the Reno market

Support site launches, hiring, and operational readiness for new store openings

Build leadership infrastructure to support future market growth

Partner with senior leadership to help scale the market over time

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations

Drive top line sales growth and strong store level profitability

Ensure restaurants achieve prime cost targets and maintain operational discipline

Conduct regular store visits and provide coaching and support to leadership teams

Leadership Development

Recruit, develop, and mentor General Managers and emerging leaders

Build strong leadership pipelines as additional locations open

Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to store leadership teams

Create a positive culture focused on performance, growth, and accountability

Guest Experience

Ensure every location consistently delivers strong hospitality and guest engagement

Support teams in creating welcoming environments that encourage repeat guests

Reinforce the brand mission of making healthy food accessible, convenient, and enjoyable

Strategic Growth

Support the long term development of the Reno market

Help implement systems and operational standards as the market scales

Work closely with leadership on expansion planning and leadership development

Ideal Candidate Profile

Multi unit restaurant leadership experience

Experience overseeing high volume fast casual or restaurant concepts

Strong operational and financial management skills

Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead strong management teams

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a growth stage brand

Strong communication and leadership skills

Interest in wellness, fitness, or healthier food concepts is highly valued
