Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed to support operations

Compensation

Target total compensation between 70,000 and 80,000 plus bonus potential

Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations for a single high volume location.

This role requires a hands on leader who can build a strong team culture, develop younger employees, and maintain high standards of hospitality and operational discipline. The General Manager will be responsible for financial performance, team development, and delivering a consistent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Lead daily operations of a high volume fast casual restaurant

Drive top line sales growth and maintain strong store level profitability

Monitor labor, food cost, and operational efficiency

Ensure consistent execution of quality, speed, cleanliness, and service standards

Team Development

Recruit, hire, train, and develop hourly team members

Mentor and develop future shift leaders and supervisors

Create a positive work environment that encourages growth and accountability

Maintain strong employee engagement and retention

Guest Experience

Deliver exceptional hospitality and genuine guest interaction

Build strong relationships with local customers and repeat guests

Ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s mission of making healthy food exciting and accessible

Operational Execution

Lead from the front during busy service periods

Maintain strong standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness

Ensure operational systems and procedures are consistently followed

Support a culture of pride in the product and the guest experience

Operational Environment

Typical daily sales volume ranges between 10,000 and 12,000

Typical staffing model includes approximately five team members per shift

Teams often include younger entry level employees who benefit from mentorship and leadership development

High volume restaurant leadership experience

Fast casual experience strongly preferred

Hospitality driven leadership style rather than a transactional management approach

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
