This role is ideal for a wellness-focused operator who thrives in small, highly experiential environments. The property operates more like a private retreat than a traditional hotel, with structured programming centered on movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and community.

The Role

• Lead daily operations across all departments
• Manage a team of ~65 employees
• Develop and mentor a young leadership team
• Maintain a collaborative, wellness-driven culture
• Ensure seamless delivery of structured wellness programming
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ownership

This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring daily floor presence and operational involvement.
