Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations
• Help manage staffing, hiring, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain strong standards for cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures
• Monitor labor, productivity, and shift performance during peak periods
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards and operational systems
• Act as a hands-on leader, supporting the team during busy service times

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in quick-service or fast-casual operations
• Experience working in high-volume environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
