Job Title: Multi-Property Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $90K – $100K Base + Bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Multi-Property Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and grow revenue for multiple hotel properties in the Houston, Texas market. This position is responsible for developing new business, maintaining key accounts, and identifying opportunities across corporate, group, and local negotiated segments.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hospitality sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and building long-term client relationships while helping increase occupancy and market share across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outside sales calls, networking, and prospecting within the Houston market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, meeting planners, and travel managers
- Identify and secure group room blocks and negotiated corporate accounts
- Conduct property tours and site inspections for prospective clients
- Partner with property leadership to develop strategies that drive occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to capture additional market share
- Maintain accurate account activity and production within the hotel’s CRM or sales system
- Represent the properties at local industry events, networking groups, and community organizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with Delphi, SalesPro, or similar hotel sales systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the Houston hospitality market is a strong advantage
