Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in Paxton, Nebraska! The ideal Restaurant Manager is an energetic, hands-on leader who drives exceptional guest service, motivates and develops their team, manages scheduling and daily financial reporting with precision, and ensures a clean, compliant, and professional restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For: You'll work directly with the owner to preserve a great history of this local treasure. The Restaurant Manager will oversee front of the house operations along with working hand-in-hand with our kitchen. Additionally, we are looking for our restaurant manager to work with ownership to develop a formal training program for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and a clean, professional environment
• Recruit, develop, and motivate 20–30 team members through hands-on, approachable leadership
• Manage scheduling, labor, food cost, and daily sales reporting to drive performance

What We Offer

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Qualifications:

• 2+ years current experience as a salaried restaurant manager
