Front Office Manager

Location: Florida

We are conducting a confidential search for a Front Office Manager to lead daily front office operations at a well established hospitality property. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, staying close to the guest experience, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly during the busiest parts of the day.

This is a hands on leadership position that plays a key role in the overall success of the Rooms Division.

What You Will Do

• Lead daily front desk operations including check ins, check outs, room assignments, group arrivals, and VIP preparations

• Maintain a welcoming and service focused guest environment while handling service recovery when needed

• Serve as Manager on Duty during evening and closing shifts, supporting operations across the property

• Train, mentor, and develop the Front Office team while assisting with hiring and onboarding

• Build and manage schedules based on occupancy forecasts and operational needs

• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and financial controls at the front desk

• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations to ensure smooth guest experiences

• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery

What We Are Looking For

• Previous front office leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment

• Strong leadership presence and the ability to guide a team during busy operational periods

• Excellent guest service and problem solving skills

• Strong organization, communication, and operational awareness

• Comfort using property management systems and front office reporting tools

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $55,000
