Title of Position: Restaurant District Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant District Manager helps direct the daily operations of our establishments. The person in this position would oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our Restaurant General Manager will play a major role with recruiting: interviewing and hiring outstanding team members along with their retention. The Restaurant District Manager will be responsible for conducting performance appraisals while motivating team members to their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

·       This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant District Manager in a high-volume environment

·       The Restaurant District Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others

·       The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant District Manager

·       Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant District Manager
