Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and consistency
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Execute company systems, policies, and operational standards
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Serve as a role model for leadership, accountability, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant environment
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage P&L, and hit performance targets
• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on execution and consistency
